This card will be carefully packaged in a cello sleeve with a stay flat protection and shipped via USPS first class shipping in 1-3 business days of cleared payment.

Does my order come with a tracking number?
All non-international orders come with tracking.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Greeting cards orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. Prints and mugs are shipped in 3-5 business days. If you order multiple items, they will ship together according to the lead times.

How long will it take USPS to deliver my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail which usually takes between 3-7 business days in the continental US. You may upgrade your shipping to Priority mail or Priority Express mail to guarantee delivery by a specific date, however please take into note the processing time before your item is shipped.

International deliveries may take up to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on location (average arrival time is about 7-10 business days). International shipments may be subject to taxes; customs and other taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Is it lost?
On rare occasions, USPS might delay or lose mail (even with a tracking number!). While we will try our best to track the location of the package, sometimes the package is simply lost if after 2 weeks of no tracking updates. Upon this situation, we will send a new package. 

design

I want to use your greeting cards in bulk- as wedding favors, party thank you's, etc. Can I get a discount?
We are happy to give discounts for bulk orders. Please email us for details. 

returns & exchanges

My item came damaged when it got to me. 
We aim to provide the best customer service. If your items were damaged during transit, please send us a picture of the item's condition and we will send you a new package right away.

How can I get a refund on my order?
Unopened goods in their plastic sleeves can be fully refunded within 7 days of delivery, customer pays return shipping. Please let us know we should be expecting a package from you, and ship the package to our mailing address. We will issue a refund once the item is returned.

We is not held responsible for packages once they are shipped. This includes items that do not arrive on time for unspecified occasions, and incorrect shipping addresses.
